Overview

American Woodmark is a major cabinet manufacturer serving the residential construction and home owner with semi-custom cabinetry. This project was comprised of two tasks. First, the receiving doors had to be relocated to the opposite side of the existing facility. This was no small task, as 70,000 cubic yards of dirt and rock had to be moved to make way for new trailer parking. The second task was to construct a 70,000 square foot addition to the existing building. The swiss replica watches addition is mainly warehouse area, but does contain some receiving doors and a group of employee restrooms. The addition is fully sprinklered and has 8\' high plywood liner on the exterior walls. We worked with American Woodmark to schedule outages to prevent any loss of production.
